用途概述：高低温试验箱是一款模拟大自然中的温度环境试验设备.是企业或机构为验证原材料或半成品、成品质量的一种方法。目的是检验成品或原材材在设计、研发、制造中能否达到预期的质量目标。广泛应用于大专院校、航空航天、军事、造船工业、电工、电子、医疗、仪器仪表、汽车工业、石油化工等领域在高温、低温条件下作可靠性试验。
产品特点：
- 1、 箱体内均采用镜面不锈钢氩弧焊制作而成，箱体外采用优质钢板，造型美观，新颖。
- 2、 具有极宽的温湿度范围和极高的控制精度.符合GB/T2423《电工电子产品基本环境试验规程》1-4项的试验要求。
- 3、采用独特的平衡调温调湿方式，可调节理想温湿度环境，控制精确、稳定。
- 4、温湿度控制器采用进口日本“富士”控制器，控温精确稳定。
- 5、采用原装进口压缩机,R404或R22冷媒，具有自动控制压缩机和制冷阀功能，满足各种试验的要求。减少设备运行功率，保证压缩机的安全运行。
- 6、 采用超细纤维玻璃棉保温，SU304不锈钢内胆，四角半圆弧，易清洁。
仪表触摸屏特点：采用原装进口彩色液晶触摸屏程序控制器,操作简便、直观。
仪表菜单实现中英文自由切换,方便国内外用户使用.
具有屏幕自锁功能,防止误触摸造成仪器参数改变或停机.
控制器可设定100组1000步999次循环程序,每段程序最大设定时间99小时59分.
具有P.I.D自动整定功能，可使仪表由于参数误差进行重新修整，保证温湿度控制精确稳定。 具有RS-232或RS-485通讯接口，电脑上安装专业软件，可在电脑上实现程式设计和操作控制设定，监视试过程和仪器的执行开关机等，一台电脑最多可同时连接9台设备的控制网。
在电脑上可实时分析数据和储存数据，并形成EXEL文档或专业软件的图形文档，方便用户自打印等。
